Vancouver's Olympic and Paralympic Public Art 2

As part of the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic games the City of Vancouver commissioned more than 20 new permanent and temporary art exhibits to display across the city. The City's Public Art Program selected civic spaces and private developments to be invigorated by the inclusion of the new artwork. The art was to bring the spirit, values, vision, and poetry of the city to the world and thus bringing the rest of the world to Vancouver.
